Addon System

Addons extend rtylr's core functionality with optional features. They allow you to customize your setup and only pay for what you need.

How Addons Work

Addons are self-contained feature modules that plug into one or more rtylr apps. When an addon is enabled, its features appear in the relevant app's interface. Addons are managed in Hub > Addons.

Enabling & Disabling

Toggle addons on or off at any time. Some addons can be enabled per branch (e.g., KDS only at locations with kitchen displays) while others apply organization-wide (e.g., multi-language). Disabling an addon hides its features but preserves its data so it can be re-enabled later.

Free vs. Premium

Some addons are included with all plans at no extra cost. Premium addons require a paid subscription (monthly or annual) and may have usage-based pricing. Check the pricing page or Hub > Addons for current pricing.

Available Addons

Menu Management

Advanced menu builder for restaurants with courses, modifier groups, combo meals, menu scheduling (breakfast, lunch, dinner), and seasonal menus. Integrates with POS and Store.

Loyalty Program

Full loyalty engine with points, tiers, rewards catalog, and automated tier progression. Integrates with POS, CRM, and Store.

Advanced Analytics

Extended analytics with predictive forecasting, anomaly detection, and custom dashboard builder. Adds drill-down capabilities to Insights.

Custom Branding

Remove rtylr branding from customer-facing interfaces (receipts, Store, booking pages, emails) and replace with your own brand assets.

Multi-Language

Translate your Store, booking pages, and customer communications into multiple languages. Includes interface localization for your team.

Custom Domain

Use your own domain for your online Store and booking pages instead of the default yourstore.rtylr.com subdomain.

Email Marketing

Send email campaigns with a drag-and-drop editor, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and delivery analytics. Integrates with CRM segments.

SMS Notifications

Send transactional and marketing SMS messages to customers. Includes order updates, appointment reminders, and promotional campaigns.

Reservations

Table reservation system for restaurants with online booking, floor plan integration, party size management, and waitlist. Works with POS floor plans.

Online Ordering

Accept online orders for pickup or delivery through your Store. Includes real-time order tracking, delivery zone configuration, and estimated time calculation.

Kitchen Display System

Digital order display for kitchen staff with station routing, order timing, bump functionality, and priority management. Connects to POS order flow.

API Access

Programmatic access to rtylr data and operations via RESTful API. Includes webhook support, rate limiting, and scoped API keys.

White Label

Fully rebrand the rtylr platform with your company name, logo, colors, and custom login page. Suitable for agencies and resellers.

Priority Support

Dedicated support channel with faster response times, a named account manager, and priority issue resolution.

Data Export

Bulk export your organization's data in standard formats (CSV, JSON). Includes scheduled exports and full data portability for compliance requirements.
