Insights (Analytics)

The rtylr Insights app provides cross-app analytics and reporting. It aggregates data from POS, Store, ERP, CRM, HR, and Finance into unified dashboards and reports.

Cross-App Dashboard

The main Insights dashboard shows a high-level overview of your business. Default widgets include today's revenue, orders, new customers, top products, and key financial metrics. The dashboard is customizable with drag-and-drop widgets and date range selectors.

Revenue Analytics

Track revenue across all channels (POS, Store, Invoices). Break down by branch, terminal, product category, payment method, or time period. Compare revenue across periods (day over day, week over week, month over month) to identify trends and seasonality.

Customer Analytics

Understand your customer base with metrics including new vs. returning customers, average order value, customer lifetime value, visit frequency, and loyalty program engagement. Visualize customer acquisition channels and retention cohorts.

Product Performance

Identify best and worst selling products by revenue, quantity, or margin. Track product performance over time, compare across branches, and analyze the impact of promotions. View product mix and category contribution to total revenue.

Operations Metrics

Monitor operational efficiency with metrics such as average order processing time, kitchen preparation time (from KDS data), table turnover rate, employee productivity, and inventory turnover. Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

Financial Reports

Access financial reports generated from Finance data: profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, and tax summaries. Insights adds visual charts and trend analysis on top of the raw financial statements.

Custom Reports

Build custom reports by selecting data sources, dimensions, metrics, filters, and visualizations. Save custom reports for recurring use and schedule them for automatic email delivery. Export reports to CSV or PDF.

Settings

Configure Insights preferences including default date range, currency display, fiscal year start, and dashboard layout. Set up scheduled report delivery and manage access permissions for sensitive financial data.
